Challenge

After a series of phishing incidents at ABC Company, frontline employees were found to be regularly clicking suspicious links and failing to report scam emails—even when system-generated warnings were present. A collaborative investigation between IT and Operations revealed gaps in phishing awareness, and detection skills. Leadership needed to better understand the causes of failed detection in order to implement an effective solution.

Solution

I developed an interactive learning experience in Articulate Storyline to build realistic simulations and reinforce decision-making. The final solution offered both a data-driven understanding of the problem and a targeted, engaging intervention to reduce cybersecurity risk and empower employee response.
