Challenge
Customer Service Trainers needed support improving new hire onboarding outcomes after consistently receiving low evaluation scores, which impacted both employee retention and performance quality. Stronger facilitation and questioning techniques were identified as critical focus areas.
Solution
I designed a targeted instructor-led training using Articulate Rise, paired with a facilitator guide, job aids, and original graphics to align with the company's existing ILT delivery practices. Instructional strategies such as adult learning theory, Bloom’s Taxonomy, and Mayer’s Multimedia Principles guided the content development to maximize cognitive engagement.
