Challenge
Job seekers often struggle to articulate their value clearly and confidently in high-pressure situations like interviews and networking events. Our local career center needed an interactive tool to guide learners in building their own pitch through structured reflection and self-paced learning.
Solution
I designed a self-guided course in Articulate Storyline that breaks the pitch-building process into three clear steps. After each concept is introduced, learners use embedded text-entry fields to craft their responses. On the final screen, the tool generates a personalized pitch using their own words. Grounded in constructivist theory and backward design, this course empowers learners to leave with a complete, polished elevator pitch ready for real-world use.
